This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which clients may request a refund for architectural services provided by Drafting Dreamz. Our goal is to ensure fairness, transparency, and satisfaction while recognizing that architectural services involve professional time, creativity, and technical expertise.

Due to the customized and intellectual nature of architectural work, refunds are generally not available once design or consulting services have begun. However, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness in extenuating circumstances.

3. Deposits and Retainers
• Non-Refundable Retainer: Upon engagement, clients pay an initial retainer or deposit to secure services. This retainer covers administrative setup, scheduling, and preliminary design work, and is non-refundable.
• If Services Have Not Begun: If a client cancels before any work has started, the firm may, at its discretion, refund up to 80% of the retainer (minus administrative costs).

4. Refunds for Partial Work
If a project is terminated after services have begun:
• The client will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, based on the hourly rate or project phase outlined in the agreement.
• Any remaining balance from prepaid fees (after deducting completed work and expenses) will be refunded within 15 business days.

Once drawings, renderings, reports, or other design deliverables have been provided to the client, no refunds will be issued.

If a client is dissatisfied with services:
• The firm encourages open communication to resolve the issue through design revisions or consultation rather than refunds.
• In unresolved cases, disputes will be handled according to the dispute resolution or arbitration clause in the architectural services agreement.

If the firm is unable to fulfill its contractual obligations due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances:
• The client will receive a pro-rated refund for any uncompleted portion of work or the option to reschedule.
